Standard Cell Libraries: Specification and design of cell
libraries, including today's leading edge processes. Services include cell architecture
development, circuit design, layout and supervision of layout resources, and implementation of technology files and verification
runsets. Experts at providing high-density, high-performance cell implementations,
for a specific set of cell functions or for an entire cell library. Providing
low-power cells (clock gating, registers, dynamic and static power reduction), high-performance cells (registers, datapath
elements, gain-based design), and complex functions (level shifters, delay cells, datapath).
Experience with TSMC, UMC, IBM, NEC, LSI Logic and other foundries. |
Standard and Tolerant I/O Cells: Reliable, dependable and
proven I/O designs, including 5 volt, 3.3 volt and 2.5 volt tolerant circuits, level shifting, slew rate control, drive strength
margining, process correction and noise analysis. Designs account for ESD considerations
in both layout and circuit design, as well as at chip-level construction. |
Specialty I/O: Specialty I/O cell designs include
standards-compliant SSTL, PCI, SCSI, and IDE/ATA interface cells that are compatible with standard I/O libraries. High performance and high speed designs suitable for leading edge designs, with accounting for low power,
low jitter and impedance matching requirements. |
